How to Reset Your Password

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form.

Step 2: Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your account. Make sure to use the same email you used when creating your account.

Step 3: Check Your Email

We'll send you a password reset link to your email address. This link will expire in 24 hours for security reasons.

Step 4: Create a New Password

Click the link in your email and you'll be taken to a page where you can create a new password. Make sure your new password is:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Contains both uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Includes at least one number
  • Has at least one special character

Troubleshooting

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Try requesting another reset email
  • Contact our support team if the issue persists
