Permission is granted to temporarily use WeEx services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

The materials on WeEx are provided on an 'as is' basis. WeEx makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall WeEx or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use WeEx services.

5. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. WeEx cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
